Iranian television, quoting a military source, announced on Saturday that the Ukrainian plane was shot down unintentionally due to a human error.
This comes in the wake of the announcement of an informed source that Iran will announce on Saturday the cause of the crash of the Ukrainian passenger plane after taking off from Tehran for Kiev.
On Friday, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadim Pristko said that Iran was cooperating in the investigation of the plane crash and that Kiev did not rule out any explanation for what had happened.
