“On January 10, the President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khadzhimba met with the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Rashid Nurgaliyev,” the statement said.
As noted, the parties "discussed the socio-political situation in the Republic of Abkhazia and ways to normalize it."
