HBO is currently negotiating the adaptation in mini-series of the film "Parasite", with the maneuver the director of the feature film, Bong Joon-ho, indicated Thursday to AFP the American cable channel.

Palme d'or of the last Cannes festival, "Parasite" has enjoyed worldwide success since its release, from South Korea to the United States, via Europe.

"Parasite" won the prize for the best foreign language film (other than English) on Sunday at the Golden Globes, awards presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

The Oscar nominations will be announced on January 22.
