The Egyptian actor and contractor Mohamed Ali called for demonstrations on January 25, and called on President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to open Tahrir Square and all fields for the Egyptians to celebrate the anniversary of the revolution that he said Sisi celebrates annually.

Ali pledged that these demonstrations would be the difference between him and Sisi, considering that it is an opportunity for the president to prove that the Egyptians still hold on to him as president.

Ali said that the anniversary of the revolution raised Sisi's horror, recalling the latter's pledge in previous statements that he would leave office if the Egyptians went out demanding his departure.

He asked him to portray to the world the extent of the Egyptians ’joy in the memory of the revolution, just as Mayadeen opened on June 30, 2013 before the coup against President Mohamed Morsi, and not be afraid of Mohamed Ali and those who love him, he said.

Ali also called on the media supporters of Sisi, such as Amr Adib, Ahmed Musa and Wael Al-Ibrashi, Nashat Al-Daihi and others to go to Tahrir Square to celebrate with the Egyptian people their revolution.

He said he would meet with a small group days before the revolution’s anniversary, because they had a plan for January 25 “in love with Sisi,” he said.
