On Thursday, the Lebanese judiciary issued a decision to prevent businessman Carlos Ghosn from traveling outside the country, after the discriminatory public prosecutor heard him about the "red bulletin" issued against him by Interpol, according to a judicial source told AFP.

The source said, "The discriminatory public prosecutor issued a decision to prevent Ghosn from traveling and requested that his file be obtained from the Japanese authorities," knowing that Lebanese laws do not allow extradition of citizens to a foreign country.
