Abu Dhabi Police General Command announced the start of activation of automatic tuning for drivers who are not committed to leaving sufficient distance between their vehicles and front vehicles on the roads, as of January 15th, indicating that violators will be caught through the smart system and fixed "radars".
She stated that there are no specific "radars" that were allocated to control the violation of "not leaving a safe distance between the vehicles", but it was completed to provide and activate the necessary technologies that are specific to the automation of this violation, in various "radars" of the type of "tower" deployed in the main roads and streets Sub and side in Abu Dhabi.
She cautioned that the negative behaviors committed by some drivers by approaching the front vehicle often lead to confusing drivers and forcing them to get off their lane, which is extremely dangerous resulting in severe traffic accidents.
