The witness added that after about 10 minutes, his colleague came to the center, and told him that a person (the first suspect) came to the center and wanted to enter the amount of 530 dirhams for the accused, pointing out that his colleague told him that he suspected the money to be abnormal, as a white substance similar to the powder appeared, In addition to being wet, he examined the banknotes and found that there was a layer on the papers, and a powder of white color was strewn with him, so he called his boss and told him that the money may be saturated with narcotic substances, and he prepared a report of the incident, and caught the first suspect (Talib - 22 years) .

A witness from Dubai Police said that he was at the head of his work in arresting Al Barsha Police Station, and the first suspect came with a sum of money that he wanted to hand over to the third defendant, and when he reviewed his colleague (the first witness), he told him that their boss refused, but the first defendant insisted on He left the amount, confirming that the third accused had obtained the prior approval of one of the officers at the center, so the policeman reviewed his colleague and told the latter that there was no objection to receiving the amount and left him in the custody of the arrested person.

The witness added that he received the banknotes from the first accused, and noticed that there was white powder on his hand, and when he examined the amount, he noticed that the papers were wet and had powder, so he asked the first suspect who brought it about the matter, noticed that he was confused, and did not speak in a natural way, and told him that the second suspect was arrested He was the one who asked him to meet someone and receive the money from him, and hand them over to him in the arrest.

The forensic laboratory report stated that the banknotes were soft and saturated with heroin and methamphetamine, and two other types of drugs, so the first suspect who brought them was arrested and transferred with his fellow detainees to the criminal court.
