Saudi Arabia expressed its rejection and condemnation of the recent Turkish escalation in the Libyan issue, and condemned the Kingdom with the approval of the Turkish Parliament to send military forces to Libya, and considered this as a violation of Security Council resolutions issued on Libya and to undermine the international efforts aimed at resolving the Libyan crisis, and contrary to the Arab position adopted by the Council of the League of Arab States On the last December 31.

The Saudi Foreign Ministry confirmed, in a statement yesterday, that "this Turkish escalation constitutes a threat to security and stability in Libya, and a threat to Arab and regional security, as it is interference in the internal affairs of an Arab country in flagrant violation of international principles and covenants."

In addition, the official spokesman for the forces of the Tripoli government headed by Al-Sarraj winner, Mohamed Kanounou, announced that their air force, yesterday morning, had targeted the Libyan National Army forces led by Field Marshal Haftar at the Al-Wattia air base, and said that the bombing resulted On the destruction of mechanisms and an ammunition store, while Libyan media reported that three people were killed by the shelling.
