January 05, 2020 They had met through a dating site and had met sometimes. But he, 16 years younger than her, had decided to close. A decision that provoked her reaction: yesterday morning shortly after 11, in Piazza Gae Aulenti, in the chic district of Porta Nuova, in Milan, it seems after a scuffle, she attacked him and threw a liquid made of acid and chili pepper causing him to end up in the Fatebenefratelli hospital in serious condition.

For the affair, which as the investigators point out has nothing to do with the attacks with the acid for which Alexander Boetcher and Martina Levato were convicted, the Milan Prosecutor is currently proceeding with the arrest of the woman, a 44 year old, responsible for the attack traced and identified in Genoa by the carabinieri while he was running away and now in a barracks in the Ligurian city.

The prosecutor Alessia Menegazzo and the assistant prosecutor Letizia Mannella, who are writing the measure, contested stalking and also a crime contemplated by the entry into force of the so-called 'Red Code' (art.583 quinquies) which condemns the authors of personal injury that causes "deformation of the person's appearance through permanent facial injury". In fact, after the attack, the man was stator in the Milanese hospital and the doctors diagnosed him with first degree face burns, second degree neck burns and eye burns. From the first reconstructions the 44-year-old, without work, would have specific precedents for stalking.

The measure of the prosecutors - who believe the existence of the precautionary needs - should be ready tomorrow. Finally, laboratory analyzes are underway on the liquid thrown onto the 28-year-old's face.
