04 January 2020 The carabinieri of Nola (Naples) have carried out the precautionary custody measures in the penal institute for minors, issued by the investigating judge, against two 15 year olds and a 16 year old, accused of attempted murder in competition against a 14-year-old boy stabbed in the parking lot of the "Vulcano Buono" shopping center in Nola on the evening of 8 December.

The investigations, coordinated by the Prosecutor for minors in Naples, allowed to identify the attackers and to ascertain that the aggression originated from futile reasons. The carabinieri ascertained that while the young victim was at the mall's skating rink with a friend, after being verbally annoyed and provoked by a group of peers aged between 12 and 16, she had decided to move away outside the mall.

Although the boy had moved away, however, the attackers followed him outside and hit him with kicks and punches, hitting him on the head with a truncheon and stabbing him in the abdomen. The young man was first taken to the emergency room of the Nola hospital, then - due to serious health conditions - he was transferred in a prognosis reserved to Cardarelli of Naples, where he underwent surgery.
