“According to the results of the pre-trial investigation, the procedural prosecutor in the criminal proceedings found the evidence collected sufficient to draw up the indictment, and in accordance with the requirements of Art. 290 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, the parties are given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the materials of the criminal proceedings, ”the statement said.
According to the agency, if Lyashko is found guilty of a crime, then he faces a sentence of up to 7 years in prison.
In November, police in the Kiev region opened a criminal investigation into the fight between Lyashko and Gerus.
Later, the Boryspil City Court decided to release Lyashko on bail in the framework of this case.
