Trees over roads and power outages - really windy in Dalarna

The heavy wind that swept over the Dalarna caused problems during the night and Friday morning.

Several trees have fallen across roads in the county. During the morning, a tree fell across road 735 outside Garpenberg and shortly after five o'clock on Friday morning came an alarm that a large birch fell over Grottvägen in Ludvika and caused a traffic stop.

During the night a tree also fell and was partly over national road 70 between Rättvik and Vikarbyn.

Several power outages have also been reported. During the night, nearly 2,000 customers were hit by power outages in the Siljansnäs area of ​​Leksand municipality after a tree fell over a line. That interruption was fixed during the morning.

Elsewhere in the county, there have been power outages during the morning.
