U.S. Secretary of Defense `` Don't preempt first strike ''

Amid tensions between the U.S. and Iran, U.S. Secretary of Defense Esper defended the U.S. Army after claiming that Iran and its supported powers might be planning further attacks on the United States. He unveiled a policy that would not refrain from a preemptive strike, and strongly suppressed Iran.

Last month, U.S. forces bombed Iran-backed Shiite Muslim bases in response to attacks and casualties in Iraq, but militias in support of the armed groups did so. Held a protest demonstration in front of the US Embassy in Baghdad from the end of last month to the 1st of this month, causing damage to the embassy.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Esper told reporters at the Pentagon yesterday that "there are some signs that they may be planning additional strikes," Iran and Iran-backed forces said. He pointed out that he might be planning further attacks aimed at the military and other targets.

He further stated, "If there is a notice of an attack or any other signs, we will take a preemptive strike to protect the lives of the U.S. military and the people."

In response to the incident, the U.S. government has indicated that it will immediately send a 750-unit troop to the Middle East, suggesting the possibility of sending additional troops, and tensions with Iran have further increased. There is growing concern that it may increase.
