On Thursday, US President Donald Trump warned his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan that outside interference in Libya would complicate the situation there, after the approval of the Turkish parliament, to send troops to Libya

The White House announced that the US President informed his Turkish counterpart of the dangerous consequences of foreign intervention in Libya.

In a statement carried by Reuters, the White House indicated that Trump told Erdogan that foreign interference was complicating the situation in Libya.

On the other hand, the information indicated that the phone conversation that took place between the two presidents resulted in an agreement between the two parties on the need to stop the escalation in Idlib, Syria, and the need to protect civilians.

It is noteworthy that more than 284 thousand people were displaced during the month of December due to the bombing and violence, especially during the recent military escalation in the Idlib governorate in northern Syria, according to what the United Nations announced.
