The police received his first alarm shortly after midnight, when a notifier was reported to have broken into his garage and that he had now found what had been stolen from him in a ditch.

A little later, another call came in where the notifier indicated that someone had been knocking on the house and lit a lamp. Police and dog patrols searched the area and found a man there who was arrested.

- The man is suspected of trying to get into the house where they alarmed. The man was found in a ditch where he was lying and printing, says Anna Göransson, the police spokesperson.

The men formerly known by police

When the police would later block the scene and received information that there was another burglary in the area and about people seen in connection with the crime scenes. The police tracked from the crime scene and into the terrain where they found another man who was also arrested.

- The first two are already known for crime in Halland. One also had the other's wallet and the police then suspect that there are more so they continued the search, says Anna Göransson.

Clothes and beer cans are part of the theft

In the continued search, the police came across a car that could probably be connected to the men. The car was seized for technical examination and continued investigation. Another man could also be arrested in connection with it.

Later in the day, the police command center receives a call about a man being seen walking on the E6. This man was also arrested on suspicion of involvement in the burglary.

In the terrain, the police have also been able to find suspected theft and parts of it have been returned to their rightful owner.

- Now there will be interrogations and crime scene investigations and if you live in the area and find clothes beer cans for example, you should tip us, says Anna Göransson.
