She continued: «The validity of the documents submitted is verified by one of the international companies specialized in the field, to ensure professional competence, and the candidates must pass the written exams, in addition to the oral and practical to a number of specialties, where committees of senior doctors in the state conduct oral and practical tests For the Candidates ».

"As for the licensing of health facilities, the matter passes through several stages, starting after submitting the application for licensing electronically by reviewing the engineering team of the Ministry, the engineering plans of the facility, and ensuring that they comply with technical and engineering standards, locally and globally, to ensure the provision of health services in an environment where safety requirements are met And safety for patients and workers ».

Health facilities and medical and health professionals are subject to scheduled audits throughout the year, as inspection teams conduct visits to these institutions, according to pre-established plans or emergency inspection campaigns, based on communications from the public, and in those visits and campaigns, the validity of the licenses of doctors and the facility itself are verified. As well as making sure that the services provided are compatible with doctors ’licenses and specialties, as well as ensuring the service delivery environment, such as hygiene, safety of sterilization and disposal of medical waste.

The Ministry recently launched the first system to link evaluation information to health professionals, including doctors, pharmacists and technicians, based on Blockchain technology, and the project represents an advanced digital platform for storing and linking licenses for workers in government and private health facilities, which are supervised by the Ministry, with local health authorities that issue licenses Locally, this contributes to reducing resource consumption in terms of time and cost, and improving availability of efficiency and data integrity.

The Ministry of Health and Community Protection confirmed that it has completed the infrastructure for a decentralized database, adopting "Block Chain" technology, in preparation for linking with the health and relevant authorities and institutions at the governmental and private levels, thus providing a single digital platform to access the medical portfolio of health professionals, within the framework of the ministry's strategy to develop systems Smart, and provide the best smart electronic services, to achieve the happiness of customers, and the application of the standards of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the capabilities of smart government, and the United Nations indicators on e-government.
