In addition to the five SSK girls Linnea Adelbertsson, Beatrice Hjelm, Alice Wallin, Pandora Nåtby and Ella Jämsén, Järna SK's Pusle Dyring-Andersen is also in the national team squad. In total, the team consists of just over 35 percent girls from the Södertalje region.

- Puzzle from Järna has been here in SSK too. It is great that she is also involved, says SSK women's assistant coach Tommy Fransson who has followed the girls since they were young and is pleased with the success of 6 out of 17 players from the Södertalje region.

-It has probably never happened before and the question is whether it will happen again, he says.

"One of the keys is that we kept the girls together"

What is behind this success?

- We had a team that played in a guys series a few years ago. It was a club decision that was made that we kept the girls together in one team and played against guys instead of playing with guys as it has been for many others. I think that's one of the keys, that we've kept the girls together. Many people think that if a girl is to be good she should play with guys and it shows these are not the case, says Tommy Fransson.
