The Fujairah Misdemeanor Court acquitted innocence in a case in which a foreign teacher at a private school in the Emirate of Fujairah was accused of assaulting the body of a student of determination with a beating with a stick, causing his injury, which was classified as minor.

In previous sessions, the court panel heard the defense attorney’s bracelets pleading for the accused, who teaches English in a government school in the emirate, and while in the classroom he was giving the lesson, he was surprised by two students holding hands, without regard to their colleagues and the school day of the teacher who explains to a group of students, which made him separate Between them during the fight with his hand, and he did not use the stick, indicating that the accused contacted the relevant department to inform her about the details of the accident.

And she continued: "The accused was surprised after six days of the incident by summoning him and investigating him," pointing out that the recognition attributed to the defendant in the record of evidence and investigations is considered invalid, as the Public Prosecution was investigating with him without the use of a translator, claiming his innocence from the charge against him.

The details of the incident are due to a quarrel between two students in the class, one of its victims, and when the teacher realized that they separated them through a stick that was in his hand, causing him a slight injury.

By asking the court’s body of the accused teacher in previous sessions, he denied the accusation against him, and by facing the commission’s confessions before the Public Prosecution, he said that “there was no interpreter explaining the charges against me, because I did not admit because I did not understand anything, and I also demand to see the medical report that proves the student’s injury "I am a teacher, and all students treat them well."
