As it is specified, families whose per capita income does not exceed twice the cost of living in the region will be able to take advantage of this type of support.
Also, from January 1, the indexation of maternal capital resumed, in 2020 its size will be 466 617 rubles. Unused parts of the capital will also be indexed.
From the beginning of the year, the monthly compensation payment of 50 rubles, which was assigned, including to mothers on parental leave until they reach the age of three, is canceled. At the same time, those who were assigned benefits before the decree came into force will retain the right to payments.
In addition, the number of regions that will co-finance monthly payments for the third and subsequent children from the federal budget is increasing, the program will include all regions of the Siberian and Ural Federal Districts without exception.
