He recently published Abu Dhabi Retirement Fund, on his official platforms on social media, in response to questions from dozens of citizens, about the impact of the decision of the Executive Council of the Abu Dhabi Government, which he issued a short time ago, regarding the salary schedule, grades, allowances and allowances of employees of the Abu Dhabi government, clarifying in his answer to the question, The new salary schedule will include approximately 80% of the salary, the total salary of citizens on the basis of which the pension is calculated, which will contribute to increasing the value of the pension.

The Fund replied to another question about “What is meant by the salary subject to withholding, and what are the allowances that will be included in the contributions account?”, Saying: “It is the salary on the basis of which the retirement contributions are paid, and on the basis of which the retirement pension is calculated, and it is the basic salary and the following bonuses (children's allowance, the allowance Social, high cost of living allowance, housing allowance and union allowance (if any).

The Fund also answered a third question that read, “How do I know the value of my new deductible salary?”, Explaining that this is done through the employer, while the fourth question states, “I am retired, does the decision of the new grades and salaries table include me?”, As the Fund replied by saying : "This schedule is for employees who are still on the job, and workers in the bodies to which it applies."

The Executive Council of the Abu Dhabi Government issued a decision this morning regarding the salary schedule, grades, allowances and allowances of employees of the Abu Dhabi government, which includes including about 80% of the total salary of a citizen, in the salary subject to deduction, on the basis of which the pension is calculated upon retirement, based on the prudence of rational leadership. According to the decision, the Abu Dhabi government will bear the costs involved in applying the salary scale decision, which will not affect the total salary of employees. The decision also includes the creation of motivational suits to support the recruitment of talent and reward the distinguished in government agencies to encourage excellence and creativity.
