Etihad Rail Company obligated its partners to submit detailed proposals for training programs within 30 days of receiving the start-up notification, with the need to employ the trainees within three months, and the trainees will be evaluated according to their personal capacity development plan 60 days after they receive the job, and this plan supports various aspects In the process of developing the trainees, including design, project management, quality assurance and control, construction, partner affairs management, contract management, and health and safety management skills.
