“September 16, 2019 Veresov using his personal computer talked with users of one of the social networks on the Internet. Discussing one of the court sentences, he posted material containing a threat of murder to a judge for performing his official duties, ”follows from a press release.
It is specified that Veresov is charged under Part 1 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Russia (committing a murder threat against a judge).
The criminal case was sent to the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow.
December 23 Veresova changed the measure of restraint on his own recognizance and released from jail.
