• The conflict: They suspect that the Spanish GEO suffered a "lock up" in La Paz
  • The facts: Spain sends a mission to investigate the incident and denies that agents tried to help asylees leave the Mexican embassy
  • The incident Bolivia accuses Spain of "criminal colonialism"

There are many questions still to be explained in the diplomatic clash between Madrid and La Paz . It all started last Friday with the visit that the number two of the Spanish embassy in Bolivia and charge of business, Cristina Borreguero and the consul, Álvaro Fernández , to the embassy of Mexico, where at least nine senior officials of the previous Government of Evo Morales.

They were accompanied by four agents of the Special Operations Group (GEOS). The Spanish Foreign Ministry flatly denies that its diplomatic personnel thought to "facilitate the exit" of these people and assures that it is a habitual escort, but the presidential delegate before the international community of the Bolivian Government, Jorge 'Tuto' Quiroga , one of the men strong of the Bolivian interim executive, has been harshly dispatched against the acting president Pedro Sánchez for what he considers "an aggression against his sovereignty" imposed by Podemos, partner of Sánchez for a possible Government in Spain. Quiroga is angry and this is his version of the facts.

Question.- You said that the Spanish agents accompanying the Spanish diplomat were "with James Bond complexes and colonial delusions of Pizarro", but what is their version of the facts?

Answer.- There were four hooded branches loaded with artillery. Did they carry all that for a simple diplomatic visit? I don't believe it nor does anyone believe it. Here in La Paz I've been watching European diplomats move with their vehicles for many years and they never go like this.

Q.- But what do you think these Spanish agents were going to do to the Mexican embassy?

R. - We suspect that it was an extraction operation. Don't take us for fools. Four branches with these weapons do not go with the number two of the Spanish diplomacy to a foreign embassy. Recall that in Mexico's diplomatic headquarters there are nine criminals, including Juan Ramón Quintana aka Captain America , a guy who has ordered the murder of European citizens, Diosvo Cabello de Evo Morales who, in turn, has connections with drug trafficking.

In that building is also Héctor Arce , Morales's lawyer, former Minister of Justice of his Government and counterpart of Podemos in Latin America. Arce is the one who brought the famous advice to the CEPS Foundation (Center for Political and Social Studies), that is, Íñigo Errejón to Bolivia, Carolina Bescansa to Nicaragua and Juan Carlos Monedero to Venezuela, where they have stolen huge amounts of Money for years. There are many photos of Pablo Iglesias with Héctor Arce in five-star hotels, which is where they were brought to visit. In short, Mexico and Spain wanted to protect criminals who committed electoral fraud in Bolivia.

Q.- Why do you consider them "criminals"?

A.- The socialist countries suffer the blackmail of Juan Ramón Quintana, who knows all the dirty money movement that drives drug trafficking in Venezuela, and also Héctor Arce must blackmail those same countries because he paid tens of thousands of euros of Venezuelan silver and Bolivian to the partners of Pedro Sánchez, to the leaders of Podemos who are now bourgeois of chalet.

Q.- Are you going to investigate the relations between members or former members of Podemos and the government of Evo Morales?

A.- Yes, although this is a transitional executive who will be shortly in command before clean and democratic elections are called, I would like an investigation of these 14 years of corruption to be opened. Let's investigate.

Q.- What do you specifically accuse Podemos?

R. - We can have carried out authentic constitutional colonialism, especially designing judicial decisions, such as the one that returned power to Daniel Ortega as a tyrant in Nicaragua or the creation of the Constituent Assembly in Venezuela to elude the National Assembly when Chavism lost the elections . They are authentic legal architects. I imagine their leaders must be in a panic because someone starts investigating what they have taken from here. These types of Podemos have a lot of information about the activities of Nicolás Maduro, Evo Morales, Daniel Ortega, López Obrador and even José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, the chancellor of Maduro in the shade.

Q.- And Pedro Sánchez?

R. - I believe that Pedro Sánchez is different from them, because he is a social democrat and has won the elections. Now he has the difficult task of forming a government in Spain and I do not envy him, because the situation is complicated, but we are outraged to be part of this negotiation with Podemos after the authentic latrocinio that they have caused in Latin America. It would be sad if Sanchez was doing this to ingratiate himself with his partners. It is painful and sad to see that Pedro Sánchez shatters years of reconciliation between Bolivia and Spain. Although if something has really hurt Latin America's relations with Spain, it has been Podemos and its constitutionalist colonialism, in addition to its support for regrettable regimes such as the Chavista or the Cuban. It is reasonable that the governance of Spain be played at the expense of the sovereignty of Bolivia. And all for leaning on Podemos to get it. I have no doubt that they have been the ones who have pressed Pedro Sánchez to prepare all this.

Q.- Has the image of Spain been so touched according to you?

R.- To give you an idea, in these Christmas holidays a costume with a mask and hood has become fashionable in Bolivia in which you can read: "Spanish diplomat". Pedro Sánchez should take these branches . If it does not, what we must do is put them on the border.
