On Sunday, some 50 people from the search organization FIKK participated in the search for the 43-year-old woman who disappeared without a trace on Christmas Eve.

To their aid they had nine drones and a couple of dogs.

- The dogs made a scent marking at a container near the harbor. The police broke it, but we found nothing, says Daniel Brodin, FIKK's operations manager.

It is the relatives of the woman who provided material with her scent on to FIKK.

Looking in ever larger areas

Today, the organization continues its search.

- The last confirmed task we have is that the woman along with a man visited a friend in Landskrona and then left from there around midnight, in the direction of the port where the Veneboats depart, says Daniel Brodin.

The search is based on that point in increasingly circles.

- Today we will look along the beach to the south as there were southern currents on Christmas Eve. Among other things in the Saxtorps forest, says Daniel Brodin.

Underwater drone in progress

In addition, the films from the drones will be reviewed.

- So far we have not found anything remarkable about them.

Daniel Brodin also says that an underwater drone is underway.

- We try to get one as soon as possible. It will be a complement to the Coast Guard's divers.
