“Because of the fog at Platov airport, eight flights are delayed for arrival and six for departure,” the airport’s press service said in a statement.
It is noted that by noon the fog had cleared, from 13:00 Moscow time the airport was operating normally, gradually starting to receive and send aircraft.
Earlier it was reported that the airport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky does not accept and does not send airplanes due to heavy snowfall caused by the cyclone.
