“At the end of 2019, the average annual old-age pension for non-working pensioners increased on average by a little more than 1 thousand rubles per month - from 14.4 thousand to 15.5 thousand rubles,” the press service of the department reports.
It is noted that from January 1, indexation of old-age pensions for non-working pensioners was carried out by 7.05%, from April 1 - indexation of social pensions by 2%, in August - adjustment of insurance pensions of pensioners who worked in 2018 was carried out.
“An important decision in 2019 was an additional increase in pensions for non-working villagers who have worked in agriculture for at least 30 years and live in rural areas,” the report said.
It is specified that from January 1, 2020, indexation of insurance pensions for non-working pensioners will be made by 6.6%.
Earlier it was reported that pensions for January will go to the bank cards of Russians from December 30.
