In November, the Government gave the Employment Service amended directives and instructed them to be present in all municipalities in the country in one way or another. In November, the Employment Service also closed the office in Åtvidaberg, but yesterday the message came that it should be reopened. It is still unclear what the staffing and opening hours should look like.
At Åtvidaberg the decision is welcomed.

However, the decision to close the offices in Valdemarsvik and Finspång remains firm. The Valdemarsvik office will officially close on December 31 this year, while the office in Finspång will close on February 1, 2020.
