At the alarm center in Falun, in the house next to the fire station, the calls are expected to close soon. The operators here mainly work for Dalarna and Gävleborg, but take calls for the whole country.
"The most common thing people seek help for is health care," says Klas Otterskog, group manager at SOS Alarm in Falun.
