“This federal law shall enter into force on June 1, 2021,” the text says.
The bill describes the organization of the human organ donation system, as well as the procedure for expressing disagreement on organ transplantation after death.
“The Federal Register of Organ Donors, Recipients and Donor Organs is being created and maintained using the unified state information system in the field of healthcare,” the report says.
