Putin called the Crimean bridge "handsome"

The head of state, while in the driver’s cab, drew attention to the fact that the train “runs much softer” than at the automobile crossing of the Crimean bridge, Interfax reports.

“Handsome, not a bridge,” the president said.

On December 23, the opening ceremony of the railway part of the Crimean bridge took place.

Putin in the driver's cab drove over the bridge.

Later, the first train departed from St. Petersburg to Sevastopol.
