23 December 20197.17 In the last five years the Guardia di Finanza has stolen movable and immovable property from organized crime for 18 billion euros, a figure that corresponds to over 1% of GDP. From the data of the Yellow Flames it emerges that from 2015 to today assets for about 7 billion have been confiscated - which have definitively returned to the state coffers - while the seizures amount to almost 11 bln. Confiscations and seizures are the result of over 10 thousand investigations and about one million inspections per year.
