The Russian-language site is open to anyone. Here, foreign citizens are offered Swedish mailing addresses for a few hundred dollars a month, mattresses for a few thousand notes and false identities.

SVT News calls a man in his 40s who in an advertisement states that he sells addresses.

- We must meet, he says on the question of how to proceed.

Can make big money

The man explains that the address is in Botkyrka south of Stockholm and that the price is SEK 500 a month. We ask how the arrangement works for anyone who has bought an address.

"If there is a mail, I'll call you," the man says.

SVT Nyheter has identified several apartments with around 100 people registered. Anyone who sells addresses can thus earn tens of thousands of dollars.

It is clear that there are links between several of the addresses. During the investigation we find several people who have been registered on more than one of the identified apartments.

Seller is described as "terrible"

Foreign nationals from a particular country often register in the same apartment. At an address in west Stockholm there are many people from Mongolia, in north Stockholm there is an address where a large number of people from Uzbekistan are registered and in southern Stockholm there are more than 100 citizens from Georgia registered in the same apartment.

A person with transparency in the black trade describes that the people behind the addresses have different good reputation. A woman south of Stockholm is described as "human" and hands out the post in time, while a man in northern Stockholm is described as "terrible" and is tricking people into money.

Turned on to "goalkeeper address"

The police describe the apartments as "goalkeeper addresses". This week, they hit such an apartment south of Stockholm.

"The suspect has let people with a coordination number pay their mail to the apartment," the police write. The person behind the address is now suspected of tax evasion.
