Prosecutor on the Karolin Hakim case: "It's a press"

At the beginning of the investigation, resources were lacking to collect all the testimony, but Pär Anderssonn says that all witnesses in and around the crime scene today are interrogated.

- We are in a phase where we analyze and compile the material we have, we have held many interviews. We have received information from people who recognize the men in the pictures, but so far we have not received any tips that have led to someone being detained, he says.

The police have not yet arrested any suspected offender. Last fall, they made the decision to publish photos of the two suspected perpetrators, but despite several tips, no suspects have been detained.

"It is clear that it is a pressure not to solve such a serious and well-known murder, but sometimes it takes time and that is what we are working on now," says Pär Andersson.

The motive for the murder is not known to the public, but Pär Andersson says that they have a clear picture of what happened at the shooting in Ribersborg.

- We have different motifs that we work from, we have a pretty clear picture of why, but I don't want to tell the public yet.

The man who is the father of Karolin Hakim's children is a man of 35 years, who was sentenced to the Bröndbyrånet in Denmark in 2010 and released from prison in March 2015. Since then he has been convicted of a minor drug offense and an illegal driving.

- He has told me some information, but I cannot tell you what it is, says Pär Andersson.
