The National Court has agreed on Tuesday to release on bail of 5,000 euros to three of the seven jailed for being part of an alleged terrorist group linked to the CDR. The Criminal Chamber has made this decision after the Prosecutor's Office resigned to demand unconditional imprisonment for them and accepted the possibility that they would be released on bail of 9,000 euros, an amount finally reduced by the Chamber. The popular accusation exercised by the Catalan Association of Victims of Terrorist Organizations (Acvot) had requested that they remain in prison.

The beneficiaries of the reduction of precautionary measures are Xavier Buigas , Guillem Xavier Duch and Eduard Garzón . None of the three were in direct contact with the flammable or explosive substances seized in the Jauja operation, a key fact for changing the Prosecutor's criteria. The other reason that led the Public Prosecutor to accept the release on bail is that in the first appeals on the cause of the CoR the Section that is reviewing the resources revealed his doubts about the provisional prisons, which anticipated a release order. The prosecutor anticipated that possibility for members of the alleged terrorist group with fewer incriminating elements.
