It also introduced an interactive conversation with the virtual assistant (Latifa), which depends on artificial intelligence, and enables the client to access the required information and data according to the question.

Al-Mulla said that "Latifa" answered 8833 conversations, "which helped reduce customer contacts to inquire by 29%, compared to last year."

He stated that the “Shiryan” system promotes digital renewal in the authority and in the health care sector, using advanced technology, especially that it is designed especially for health professionals, health facilities and health authority employees, and it works to improve the experience of customers and employees, increases operational performance, and supports compliance with regulations and legislation , By making decisions based on the correct and real-time data provided by the system, and automating workflow, by relying on the latest technical solutions such as artificial intelligence technology.
