When shooting at the Lubyanka in Moscow, one civilian was injured

This was reported in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

On behalf of the chairman of the IC of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, the case was transferred for investigation to the central office of the department.

The IC found that on the evening of December 19, a man near the FSB building opened fire towards law enforcement officers.

“As a result of the incident, one FSB officer died, five more people, including one civilian, were injured of varying severity. The attacker has been eliminated, ”the press service said.

Earlier, the IC instituted proceedings under Art. 317 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Attempt on the life of a law enforcement officer”).
