The shooting should have taken place near the Russian security service headquarters, reports the Russian newspaper Izvestia, Reuters writes.
A witness tells Reuters that earlier in the day she heard gunshots in the same area as the shooting took place. A video shared on social media shows several people, similar to police officers, running down a nearby street holding automatic weapons.
