- The premises issue is urgent and we need premises that can accommodate all staff, says Robert Wallén, Police Area Manager Västmanland.
When it comes to getting a seat in the old premises until that police house is ready, the police are looking at other alternatives. Among other things, in the form of reviewing other vacant premises nearby that can be used.
"Already we are too many"In the new police house, about 500 employees are expected to work and everyone will have a place there.
- We are already too many in our current premises. We sit in spaces that cannot be counted as offices, ”says Robert Wallén.
When the police house is built, it should be built so that a detention room can be accommodated, but there are no formal decisions on it.
