“From the materials of the criminal case, it follows that on the night of December 13, 2019, the alleged attacker quarreled with a friend during the feast, caused bodily harm during the conflict, from which the victim died,” the regional IC said in a statement.
It is noted that the suspect took the body to the forest and buried it.
SK clarifies that the suspect was a teacher in the Pskov branch of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
