The Minister of Infrastructure Development, Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Belhaif Al-Nuaimi, yesterday launched the unified national platform «Salmat», the first of its kind at the state level, which was developed by the government accelerators team within the challenge of reducing the time of the traffic accident trader, which causes property damage Governmental roads on the state.

The challenge - which was led by the Ministry of Infrastructure Development in cooperation with federal and local government agencies - aims to accelerate the completion of accident transactions, by developing unconventional services and business models, to reach the best results, and to ensure that customers are able to complete their transactions easily and easily, and to reduce time and effort on them through Connecting the services provided to them, related to traffic accident transactions with a unified package, gathering 40 government agencies and more than 48 insurance companies in a unified service, to meet the aspirations of customers in a more effective manner that positively reflects the quality of life of the community.

He pointed out during the launching ceremony - which was attended by government officials at the government accelerators headquarters in Emirates Towers in Dubai - that the platform supports the orientations and vision of the UAE to be a global leader in developing government work and transfer it to new levels of efficiency and effectiveness, touched by customers through easy-to-use tools Enables them to obtain service easily and conveniently, ensuring that the goals of the state are achieved by improving the quality of life of members of society and raising the rate of customer happiness, which is a priority for the Ministry of Infrastructure Development.

For its part, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector in the Ministry, Eng. Nadia Muslim Al-Naqbi, stated that the accelerator aims to delight customers by linking services provided to 40 federal and local government agencies and 48 insurance companies.

It stated that the national platform "Delivered" will provide a single and integrated system to speed up transactions, in the event of any traffic accident that causes damage to government property.

The Director of Technical Planning Department in the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, Ahmed Abdul Samad Al Hammadi, confirmed that the service was developed on the UAEHUB national platform, which is an innovative platform developed according to the latest international standards and technologies.
