“According to the SMM, in 2019, 145 people became its victims, of which 18 were killed,” Lukashevich quotes at a meeting of the RIA Novosti OSCE.
According to him, the number of damaged civilian objects also increased. In 2019, at least 550 such facilities were damaged, including 14 operating children's educational institutions.
Lukashevich added that the data of the OSCE mission “clearly illustrate who the guns of the Ukrainian security forces are aimed at.”
