She emphasized that it encourages individuals to use bicycle for safe transportation, and to reduce the use of traditional means of transportation, which enhances efforts to preserve the environment, public health and safety, and reduce carbon emissions. She urged the need to wear a helmet, use protective covers for the arms and knees, provide the bike with a white headlight and a red background, and put a light-reflective back panel to alert road users, not to carry weights that affect the balance of the bike user, walk the road of services and paths designated for bicycles, driving Cautiously on pedestrian paths to avoid hitting them, use designated tracks in parks, and stay away from crowded areas.

She warned of the dangers of driving bicycles on main roads, stressing attention and caution, and avoiding negative behaviors while driving, and the need to adhere to these requirements, whether in the area of ​​light transport or transportation by connecting groceries and other small shops within residential neighborhoods.

She demanded that cyclists need to commit to overtaking from the left side on the tracks assigned to them, and to ensure that the cyclist does not attach to cars or other bikes, or carry weights that may upset his balance, and not to speak on the phone while driving a bike.
