A source in the ministry confirmed taking the necessary legal measures in the event of a repeat of the complaint, or if the recruitment agency official failed to summon him for investigation, as complaints were referred to the judicial authorities to take the necessary action.

He said that the Ministry has allocated the hotline 80060, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to receive complaints from employers and heads of families about any failure or overtaking of the auxiliary workers, adding that it clarifies legal and regulatory matters that need interpretations of the parties, which is reflected very positively in a very large way.
