“The circumstances of the death of the former official are being established within the framework of a criminal case,” she said.
It is clarified that as one of the causes of Chulkov’s death, a version is considered of bringing him to suicide.
Earlier, the governor of the Tambov region Alexander Nikitin expressed condolences in connection with the death of Chulkov.
