Morales arrest warrant issued in Bolivia

The warrant indicates that the former president is accused of rebellion, terrorism and the financing of terrorism.

Earlier, the interim president of Bolivia, Janine Agnes, said that the arrest warrant for Morales would be issued within a few days.

Morales later commented on the decision, saying that Agnes was involved in the rebellion, terrorism and genocide.
