Last year, the municipality reported an illegal logging of municipal beach forest between the dunes and the moose road. The offense was classified as serious damage. An investigation was conducted and according to it, the value of the shattered beach forest was estimated to be ten million SEK.
The four men who are now being prosecuted have played different roles and it may therefore be relevant with different charges, something that the newspaper Hallandsposten was the first to tell.
The municipality is liable for damages.
