With violence and knife threat, the four men had forced a man into a car in Hammarbyhöjden in Stockholm and taken him to Eskilstuna in early August. According to the judgment, the man was robbed, beaten and threatened. In the interrogation it has emerged that the four men were completely unknown to him before.

- Landing was noticeably affected by the incident, that of the brand during the main hearing, says Lisa Dos Santos.

The prisoner was kept in the car

The man was also under threat of being forced to withdraw money from an ATM and during the car journey must have gone to several banks to withdraw money from his bank account. The car ride was ended in Eskilstuna after the public alerted the police, according to the verdict, the operation lasted for about nine hours.

Three of the defendants are sentenced to prison.

- I am satisfied that it became a verdict, but I would have liked to have seen the crime condemned on the basis of the normal degree, now being convicted as "less serious crime" which means that I can appeal the verdict, "she says.

One man is sentenced to three years and four months in prison, two others are sentenced to two years and eight months and two years respectively. One of the men was 16 when the crime took place and he is sentenced to closed youth care for eight months.

The four men are also sentenced to pay damages of just over SEK 50,000.
