In his appeals, the parliamentarian notes that media reports that officials near Moscow refuse to help the families of Larisa Kolcheva and Yuri Sablin, who moved from Kuzbass to the Moscow Region, caused a wide public outcry.

“It is worth noting that the leadership of the Kemerovo region positively characterizes the family. Despite this, the officials of the guardianship and trusteeship authorities of the Moscow Region do not provide the family with the necessary advisory support, refuse to pay remuneration for foster children and threaten to send them to the shelter, ”explains Starshinov.

According to him, taking into account the public outcry, he asked the Prosecutor General of Russia and the Governor of the Moscow Region to take the situation under personal control and help the family.

Earlier, RT wrote that a large family from Kuzbass moved to Voskresensk near Moscow, and the local guardianship considered that the acquisition of real estate at the expense of the pupils was illegal.

Meanwhile, in the Kemerovo region, the family is characterized positively and say that the incident arose only because of a guardianship error.

Investigators opened a criminal case against an official who allowed the parents of 23 adopted children to use the children’s money when buying a house.

Currently, the situation is under personal control of the chairman of the UK Alexander Bastrykin.
