Speakers at the conference revealed that the volume of looted funds and bribes exceeded $ 3.6 trillion globally, stressing the need to work to enhance job integrity to combat corruption, and assigning the right people to fight financial and administrative corruption, based on merit, and not on personal relationships, from In order to achieve the public interest in the enforcement of anti-corruption laws and legislation.

Speakers pointed out that the World Bank estimates that more than a trillion dollars were paid in the form of bribery every year by companies and individuals, noting that, according to the International Monetary Fund, less corrupt governments get 4% of GDP in tax revenues, From countries with the same economic level, but with higher levels of corruption.

They affirmed that at least $ 2.6 trillion is stolen through corruption networks every year, which is equivalent to 5% of global GDP.
