As reported on the website of the department, a criminal case was instituted on this fact on the grounds of a crime under subsection “b” part 4 of art. 131 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“rape of a victim who has not reached the age of fourteen”).
According to the investigation, from 2012 to December 2019, in a private house in the village of Himozi, Gatchinsky District, “a 46-year-old man repeatedly subjected his young daughter to sexual violence”.
The man was detained.
In the house of the suspect, investigators found and seized objects and electronic storage media that are of interest to the investigation.
It is noted that it is planned to study the living conditions of children in a large family, as well as the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of this crime.
Earlier, the Yuga.ru portal reported that the Gagarin District Court of Sevastopol sentenced a man convicted of prolonged bullying of his family.
